Apparently the only place that rumor is being circulated is on the Huffington Post...blogs really are not a good source for news, so I wouldn't trust it. I'm sure Palin and her family knew there would be intense scrutiny if she became the VP nominee and agreed to be a part of it.
Is there any basis for comments that Gov Palin may withdraw from being nominated VP to spare her family and her husband any further intense scrutiny?
