It's very cartoonish as a massive fan of both the films (even though they can still easily scare me) I have to say it looked kidish and not as rough and moist as a gremlin should look sorry but thats what I think

I done a Gremlin as well. Though the ears and most of the face on your has parts that are more fitting. Though would make the ears smaller and and the legs more human like. Not digitgrade. Webbed feet would look better than the three claws.
