@bhdrkrc No air will not get inside, however, if there is ALREADY air inside the system it can travel down into the brake line or even into the caliper where it will have an adverse affect on your braking. As long as you don't leave it upside down for too long or pull the lever while it is upside down you should be fine.
isnt that harmful to keep the bike upside down for the hydraulic brakes?

@bhdrkrc No that's not true! The system is air-water tight! So there is not a chance of air going inside! Only if it has a leakage!
