This is an absolutely fantastic example of the full golf swing. Every golfer should practice this one-handed shot. The left (for a right-handed golfer) arm is ultimately the captain of the swing while the trailing arm acts to add precision and speed. If you've mastered this shot, you've mastered: the posture, the grip, the takeaway, the weight-shift, the release, and the follow through. Caution, this workout will make your forearms BURN.
