Silence is very deadly, which is why I educate as many people possible of my personal example. "HIV+" for 4 and half years, feeling as healthy as I ever have, and at a normal weight. My keys:
1 - Absolutely no pharma meds
2 - No alcohol
3 - Personal education
My lab results continue to improve since educating myself on this RETROVIRUS, with the use of no meds.

Once I understood HIV is a retrovirus, and AIDS is a syndrome, and there is a difference...it truly opens a door in the mind to the question that my personal doctor, case manager, and county head pharmacist cannot answer: How does a retrovirus (non-fatal) morph into a fatal syndrome? 4 friends dead in the last year and a half...all 4 on meds.
