A friend of mine, a marine in the Whitehouse honor guard, said that there are rumblings within the "Washington military" highest ranks (pentagon?) about a military takeover of the US government. I asked if he was serious and he became very nervous. This was WAY out of character for this easy going guy.

He said that the talk centered on the military "supporting the US Constitution". I asked him if that meant that there would be arrests in the Whitehouse. He didn't answer.
