  • For everyone asking why he had rain tires on. This was the first running of that chassis during winter testing. They did 1 lap to check all the systems on the car and bring it back in.

  • THat fucking italian cunt shut the fuck up already. I fuckinghate eye ta lian fucking shit langquage

  • @AustraIianGuy I think you should learn your own language before you criticise someone elses. Or at least learn how to put a sentance together with out every other word being offensive.

  • where is this? Fiorano?

  • @arzyTUBE mugello

  • @TheBlackSupra Don't get your knowledge of a video game, the track is Fiorano.

  • @tonyhawkdude95 no the track is Mugello. Fiorano is much smaller.

  • @tonyhawkdude95 You fool its not fiorano.

    this is MUGELLO.

Perhaps it is YOU who 'doesnt get his knowlege of a video game'

  • @arzyTUBE Yeah

  • Intermediates are easier to warm so they are better suited for this kind of show off runs.

  • f1 cars are a beauty man!

  • What an awesome video, loved the shot of the steering wheel "booting up" when being placed into the car...as well as Massa's hands waiting for it to be handed to him.

  • Try a helmet cam when he had the injury.

  • it would be amazing to see helmet cam footages doing the races. It just feels more intense to see it from the helmet.

  • who said that was car cam? car cameras don't move around... idiot.

  • er...i just have to ask, why intermediete tyres?

  • Better grip. The track isnt used so much so there isnt any rubber on it.

  • surely slicks have more grip?

  • This was one of the first times the F60 was track tested, inter tyres give better grip and reduce the chance he'll put a brand new car into the wall. Also explains why he's taking it so easy around the track.

  • well, maybe i know why he used intermediate tyres...those days were very cold (0°C - 1°C) and the day before the presentation it snowed/rained a bit...they cleaned the circuit but there were some humid (icy) parts on the track...

  • i read in an article that the reason is due too the testing regulations from the FIA and that alot of teams use inters as they dont count towards test mileage, but im not sure how reliable a source it was so don't take this comment as fact lol

  • It's a shakedown. They always use intermediates on shakedowns.

  • @brampy I think that except on race weekends you were only allowed to drive the car under special conditions, if you needed to do a PR shoot or something, and never with normal race tires.

  • @brampy

    too cold

  • @brampy because they spare a new set of tyres for the race, why wasting a new set on free practice?

  • @brampy at least they do it when it's championship time, in this case... probably it was just a bit wet... :P

  • @brampy because there is still ice on the track because its winter

  • @brampy Are you blind? It's clearly hammering it down with rain there!

  • @brampy Well since everyones taking shots at Brampy, I will too.

  • yes, they really see so much less... F1 drivers`re incredible, everyone!

  • the cam is on top of his helmet actually

  • yes lol, because the car can look left and right, its on the top of helmet.... u helmet
