humbolt is a nice plant i jumped trains with a dear friend all the way from maryland just to make it out to the holy land. that is an experience unlike any you will find in life. the freedom. the fresh air. the open plains, while crusing down metal rails sharing a train car with recyled aluminum cans. and to make it to humbolt aliave eas even better. the people are so nice. we met with a retired professer and his wife and they allow travelers to stay with them and they feed us well. thenks joe
