I love this game! I am still very impressed that a game that came out in 2002 has such good graphics. Even now the graphics look pretty good! Also, The Getaway has one of the best stories I've ever seen in a game.

From a nicely designed Soho Bar to the Dock yards to China Town ... you had allways different locations ...

Shame the series has ended ... I am still hoping for a developper getting the title and producing a Next Gen Getaway game!!!

I could even drive by my old student residency in South London ... ( elephant &Castle)

Shame the company went bust and no Getaway came out fpr PS3 ... I hope they will one day revive this franchise...

definetly getaway... right now it seems like a bit of a sloppy game... but i remember having bought it as one of my first PS2 games back in the day & it rocked my world rlly.. i just loved the gameplay with cover systems, i think it also had melee combat aswell... for me it was the first game that had nailed it with gameplay AND story... game itself is't long... but you get to play the story with 2 different perspectives witch makes it complete...
