It is water. The reason that is happening is a cheat to move a sim whenever you want. So in tis case, Aunndrea was in a pool and was moved out of it to shhot this.

HAHA, I feel like a loser for watching this, but I'm a sims 2 addict. I thought the elimination room looked awesome. My only complaint would be that there's like not dialouge. Even if it's just subtitles it's better than nothin. Also coulda used some sad music when the chick went home. Keep it up!
