@Sharecashz No. You need to start the file. Then start cs 1.6 Press developer hack. In console write developer 1 but the name is different.then change it to 1. Press fps hack and write fps_max and the name is different... And join a server and you can see ur fps is 500 max. if your fps is 100 you need to get a better graphic card or watch an youtube video about how to make your fps higher...
