Britain can be in different contexts however, you can have Great Britain the mainland, The British Isles, or the UKoGB. I apologise for not specifying which Britain I was on about. But when I talk about Britain I talk about all the British territories as I believe everything should be included.

I don't think Iraq had to do with either, I think Invading Iraq had more to do with Iran than anything else. Just look at a map of the area and you can see what I am talking about. We have troops in Iraq and Afghanistan both bordering Iran. We have ships constantly patrolling the Black Sea and the Persian Gulf. Turkey is a NATO ally. I think Iraq was just one piece on the chess board against Iran and the US is moving toward CheckMate. But hey go on talking about oil if it lets you sleep.
