Because I owned the car before moving to Germany. Building a similar car in Germany would cost many times more than building it in America. Quality tuning in Germany is limited and overly expensive.

They are actually the same exact thing. Stock hp is ~270. In 2002, the new s4 was released. But instead of the usual 2.7 liter v6 twin turbo, it had a 4.2 liter v8 naturally aspirated pumping out ~340. I actually prefer the twin turbo. All you need is simple chipping, and you have easily over 400 horses.

Its just one chip that after installing it, you can tune it. Im not sure how much it would cost, but AWE tunes Audis specifically, so you can look them up and ask them.

Just under 7000 RPM I'd say. The rev limiter is at 7050 RPM which is just over 180 mph.
