hey, sounds like an external parasite, most medicines are for external parasites or internal parasites. Try an external parasite medicine and see if it helps. look out for more symptoms as the more you notice the better chance you will find out what is wrong with him. he looks healthy so get him treated with that medicine ASAP
@MyFishCare101 i did a 30 % water change yesterday and when i saw that he was sick, i tested it and there is no ammonia and nitrites. i have foud a 7 gallon box so i will use that for a hospital tank in my room. if you have seen tyne valley aquatics, i am going tomorrow to buy things for the hospital tank (filter, heater, salt and meds). if you havent seen tyne valley aquatics, you should sub now! its like aquarium freak paridise lol

If there is white 'hairs' coming out of the fish, it will probably be anchorworm but the treatment will need to be for EXTERNAL parasites, not internal worms. I couldn't really see from the video but if you are coming in tomorrow, I can go through the book of fish diseases as I am at work tomorrow as the lad who normally does monday is off.
