  • If you want some "gladiator" muscles, you just grab a marker, and draw some abs.. That's what they do :D

  • @2020marshall2020, No. The vacuums stimulate your abs. Do crunches, or pencils after. It is kind of like stretching before running.

  • @djPetro97 I'm tired of everyone saying these are not six pack exercises. These will infact give you a six pack, and I wouldn't be surprised if this gave you faster results oppose to the standard crunches. Take note that EVERYONE have abdominal muscles, all you need to do is burn the fat layered on this and strengthen them. All you need to do this is cardio= jumps, and core excersice= pushup (which doesn't only work tris and pecs btw;]). <-- and that's exactly what he shows.

  • @SuWoopGaming: Yes. Running or cardio burns fat, which makes it easier to expose your abs. Nutrition + Cardio + Workout = ABS!

  • Peter, I have done this workout, and I love it especially the vacuums! I have a question, can you approve of this workout? I first do Knee Tuck One Legged Push-up, Weight Lunge & Twist, Inchworm, Under the Bridge Knee-up, Stair Climbing Plank, Deadlift, Dumbell Swing, Medicine Ball Slam, Burpee, Vacuums. As you can see, many of these exercises are full-body. I perform 10-15 reps per exercise, rest 20 seconds, and rest 1 minute between each set for a circuit.

  • Great video. Did this workout today and it was really fun.I have a question tho , is it smarter to run for like an hour then do abs?I've been running everyday since June. But I'm trying cut down so my abs will b seen . Would this make it faster?

  • My Lower Back tends to hurt when I do exercises like sit-ups and other things for my abs, do you have any exercises that won't hurt the lower back and will get me a 6 pack?

    Also, Im 14 years old if that makes a difference.

  • @WazaU1427 bro im 14 too if your lower back hurts a lot, it usually means you need another technique but your lower back can hurt a little bit as long as you target your abs when your working them you will be fine

  • @Westerparkrecords013 You exhale everytime you do the crunch. Blow all the air out of your lungs, keep it there for 2 seconds and repeat!

  • You can simply tell which workouts do and dont work on youtube by looking at the likes to dislikes.. this workout obviously works :)

  • @WazaU1427 Oh YEA! Vacuums are VERY powerful! It is a pity it is not more popular but I love Vacuums! The best way to use it is as the last exercise in one of your ab workouts as a finisher!

  • Hello. Would you recomend changing workout after a while? I have been following the same workout for a pretty long time and I can see extreme results but aint changing a good thing?

  • @AleksanderJensen Yip, you don want to change, but like they say, don't fix what is not broken. So you are getting the results you want and are looking for there is no reason to change.

  • @TheTrickyTube Well I am back onto a getting ripped program now, I am actually doing a complete HOME workout system at the moment . Anyway I am around 92kg right now and should be around 86kg within the next 5 to 6 weeks.

  • If you do the push-ups ( Combined with all the other exercises ) I show in this workout you will not just burn a lot of cals due to them being explosive, but you will also have to keep your core very tight and so stimulate your core & Abdominal muscles.

"6 pack work outs Doesnt have to be Only Set ups . thats why Boxers has an awesome Abs Muscles Cause they are Playing the most Core-exhaust Sport .
