@bukowski1950 Actually we're neither a person or a human being. Legally a ;person is a created legal fiction. A human being is a creature or monster. This is the definition for both in blacks legal dictionary.
Hi; the issue stems from English vs Legal (legalese) Languages. A human being, in English, is indeed a Man/Woman/Child.
Also note; Mankind's Power and Authority is derived from Natural LAW (i.e., Bible, Creator, Supreme Being).
Also note the definition of Natural LAW, or just LAW as opposed to Statute/Code/Ordinance/Act (especially Act), which is completely distinct from LAW, in that they are all MANMADE "laws", which where UCC,etc derives it's LEGAL Authority from
I suggest everyone here in the USA pick up the Declaration of Independence, The US Constitution, their State Constitution, etc.
See from where, as Mankind, how Our (Inherent) Rights are endowed.
Also note how these are "Inalienable" rights.
See what the terms "Law", "Inherent", "Immutable" "Binding/Bound" "Legal" (as well as Person, Joinder, Entity, Corporation) and note the differences between the English vs Blacks Law Dict definitions.
NATURAL: Inherent; having a basis in Nature, Reality, and Truth; not made or caused by humankind.
LAW: An existing condition which is Binding and Immutable (cannot be changed).
That said; The US Constitution and Declaration of Independence are documents which proclaim from where our Natural Law Rights come from...the LAW of the LAND, and how we are to GOVERN ourselves... and from where the Government is to obtain it's Authority.
@enoufsaid Thx for the explanation, its fucked up,when english is not your native language, its easy to get lost in these legal terms, which are not used in every dy conversation.Cheers dude.

The full UNCENSORED version of Lawful Disobedience: ARREST THAT JUDGE! Is screened-for-free, 4pm, 11th November, KUC, Westhead Avenue, L33 0XN. All are welcome!
Also at Wirral International Film Festival (WIFF 2011), 8.30pm, TA Centre, Wexford Rd, Birkenhead, Merseyside, L43 9TF. Bar, light refreshments and discussion at each venue with filmmaker Kevin West
This film intimately shows the events of the day when the people stormed Birkenhead County Court and arrested a judge! Please share!!
The 'common law' is not some medieval term that should be thrown around to mean more than it does and I think that's where alot of these people are confused. Common law jurisdiction is merely a delineation between a jurisdiction in which courts and judges make the law and civil jurisdictions where it is encoded. That simple.
This is such nonsense, for one - a lay advisor has no right to address a Court, secondly you cannot choose a particular area of law to be judged on. If statute contradicts with common law, then statute takes precedent.
There's a statute against using that phrase and the punishment is being sodomized with a baseball bat. Too bad you agree that it takes precedence over common law.
can someone expalin about the public gallary and not standing the reson i ask is coz when i was in court .there people already in there, so if they dont know what your doing wouldnt that mess it up.if they stood?
one thing that seems to keep cropping up in these vids of ian st, clair in court is the crap quality of their sound recorders .im sure they could afford a decent sound recording device ,a half decent phone would do ,even if the sound isnt being recorded by the visual recorder then edit the two ,or is there already a bit of clever editing thats went on?
@theawakener7 Yeh... thing that gets me is if you don't wanna play ball when the Bizze's whack you up for one thing.... it would be a tad two faced to dail 999 cos some guttersnipe burgles your kennel. Or worse could they keep your Bolshiness against you (they have to make an example) and play it back at the very moment when you have nobody else to turn to like some critical situation and some nob of a 20year old on the other end of the telephone telling you '... ha ha smart arse, now bend over'
Can someone please explan what services we get for paying council tax???? because i dont see any diffrence from 30 years ago, we didnt ask them to put diffrent coloured bins in our gardens which we have to take to the curb ourselves wheres 30 years ago they would come into the garden and get it plus leave more bags so what are we paying it for??
oh and just 1 more thing. You say that people like us are brain washed cant figer that out you the person paying the council tax....... doesnt that tell you that you are the 1 brain washed??? and dont tell me if someone rang you up and said you dont have to pay anymore that you would carry on because we all no you wouldnt pay!!!!!!!!
You poor poor people, these people are tranna tell you that you dont have to pay your coucil tax, plus show you why you dont have to pay it and all you silly people think that these are just bums living of the state, you make me laugh if they were bums living off the state then why would they be in court for council tax???? second i work 12 hours a day 6 days a week and im sick of giving my money away for nothing, i work damn hard for my cash why should i give it away. We all need to stand ground
i couldnt agree more, exacly why im here looking at this video in the first place, im not out to scrounge off people, i want the goverment to stop scrounging off me lol
@fishkrib im really confused with what these people are trying to achieve. I thought council tax meant someone comes and collects your rubbish. I thought council tax went to schools, hospitals and to policing. Have I missed the boat here? What happens if we stop paying, won't the whole of society break down, won't there be civil war on the streets. Please enlighten me why people are doing this?
@swedensbravedave Ofc you did.Taxes are gone to PRIVATE banks, because your state (state is the community of humans) has debth, and then,if you need to build lets say,a road, then your state goes and LOANS again from PRIVATE banks,(with new interest ofc).
Mr mo. You are missing the point. You do not have to pay council tax. The council give you a NOTICE. Not a bill. Ask them for a bill. They will not give you one as they cannot lawfully do so. You should watch a video called 'our system. Structure or illusion' on the website called documentary heaven. Then start researching this stuff for yourself. You are part of a corrupt system. It's not your fault. You were born into it.
I presume that you are one of the free loaders and for the record, judges only impose the law on people like you who break it. Law Abiding have no fear from the law.
Pay your bit like other people who pay and receive the services, you lot just want it free off the backs of others. Tossers
Freeman of the land indeed, a load of tossers who just want to get out of payimg a bill that everyone else recognises as a neccesity. men and women gave their lives in the war to preserve the freedoms that they are using to not contribute to society. Wankers!!
@MrMo1944 Wake up foolish human. I'm sure my grandfather fought for the right to these "Judges" to impose their will on law abiding human beings in order to extract monies from them unlawfully. You sir are blind in all three of your eyes.
@MrMo1944 What are they getting without paying? I don't understand your ignorance or your comments! Are you really so brainwashed that you feel it's your responsibility to be ripped off by impostors? I pity you, sir! I really pity you and all else who are as hopelessly brainwashed as yourself. May God have mercy on you.
LOL either show the whole thing or don't bother at all ....
clearly the magistrates came back and you got chucked out or whatever its quite obvious otherwise you'd post it ... you seem to be suggesting that the mags came back and said "ah yes you're right we have no authority, case cancelled blah blah" which clearly did not happen. you idiots!
Oh dear. There is an obnoxious man who seems to think that his limited knowledge of an 800 year old legal document (that has since been almost entirely revoked or replaced by new laws) gives him the right to evade taxes. Unable to find widespread support amoung legal experts, he resorts referencing his discarded archaic laws to avoid paying taxes. How convenient that these laws happen to be so self-serving.
@nozero1 I think you mean replaced by new legislation not laws. common law superceds all legislation. that is unless you choose to aknowledge that legislations jurisdiction over you.
@camcroney Nonesense. If that was really the case, then why don't professional lawyers and legal experts take advantage and override all court sessions? Surely by refusing to "ackowledge" the magistrate, the individual could get away with ANY crime. I find it hard to believe that a small group with no apparent legal expertise has somehow cottoned onto some legal loophole that an entire industry of experts (with decades of experience) haven't found.
@nozero1 . the lawyers swear othes to this system of maritime admiralty law. this is the law they study and the law they know. human beings have nothing to do with this form of law. the laws that we must abide by are common law. this has two forms, criminal and civil. if you infringe on someone's rights you are subject to these laws. if you choose to look into the matter instead of assuming you know you would learn common law superceds all legislation. LOOK IT UP.
@camcroney I did the bare bones of research and immediately found that lawyers swear to the "Solicitors Code of Conduct", not the "Maritime Admiralty Law". Maritime admiralty law is restricted to naval matters (hence the name). "Civil" is not a branch of Common law, and entirely distinct legal system that is not used in the UK. Common Law can be revoked or repealed by Parliament, so the content of the Magna Carta can be easily superceded.
@camcroney Common Law is base around the idea that laws are developed through trials, with judges making decisions based on writ and common sense. Over time though, this method was phased out as it depended on the competancy of the judge. Legislation, as used by parliament, now has far more influence on the trial, and judges have far less freedom. Magistrates, less still.
@nozero1 i admit the basis of my knowledge of is far more limited to the lunacy in the US. it has been my understanding that in all matters common law always supercedes any other forms of law. unless you submite to the authority of that court. but maritime admiralty is not restricted to naval matters as it should. it has been impossed on all US courts. it seems obvious that if they were in the wrong they would have been treated as such they were not, so they must have been within their rights
@camcroney It's all very complicated, and there are a lot of differences (and similarities) between US and UK law. The reason for what went on this case was that Magistrate courts only deal with minor offenses, and magistrates have strict limits towards what punishments they can dish out. Because of this, things like security and authority are more relaxed than in a Crown court (jury trial). In a crown court they would have come down on the defendant's behaviour like a ton of bricks.
@camcroney Plus, magistrates are only volunteers, who usually have only a limited understanding of the law. Because of this, it is harder for them to overrule people who try to defend themselves with references to obscure laws or conditions. A professional judge or barrister has adequate training, and would probably be able to counter the defendant's claims with ease. But as this is a trial about tax evasion, it isn't the kind of case a professional judge would take up.
@nozero1 Yes it makes sence once in trial they would never allow any of that in any US court as well. I assumed this to be a hearing as that would be the only place their actions would make sence. If they were already in trial they would have already submited to whatever jurisdiction the court has. In any case this goes to show at what lengths the powers that be have gone to form law in such a way that even those that study it may never fully understand it. how sad.
@camcroney Well, it normally isn't so hard. The Freemen's tactic here is to quote antiquated laws that are largely irrelevant or long recinded, and to ignore the simple, modern, and readily available leglislation. For instance, he keeps referring to the "1890 Admiralty Law", which in reality only applied to overseas colonies and naval affairs, many of which have since gained independence. Even if the Freeman continues to act in contempt of court, he is only delaying the inevitable.
@camcroney Nope, but I heard that one of the charges against St. Clair was dropped in regards to him owing money to a pub landlord. It is likely that they settled out of court. It might be worth mentioning that St. Clair has a rather interesting personal history, in that he was a notorious scam artist. He used to sell false titles to Chivalric orders he invented, and even went under many false titles including "reverend", "major" and "lord". (source from "eagar Beaver" at "fake titles .com").
This is brilliant. The magistrates initially probably thought they were talking to a mad man, when the lay advisor started talking about inaliable and God given rights. Little did they know they were dealing with a learnered fellow.
I dont understand, why do the judges and clerks even go along with any of this???? Why dont they just say "F U, we have authority, and we are charging you blah blah blah".... ?
@suchafool990 when they entered the court they did so with the understanding that the court was in recognition of common law. what you see after that is the court trying to regain its authority by tricking and intimidation. (as is always the case). see they are trying to impose legislation not law and they do not have jurisdiction to do so until you subit to there jurisdiction. the court knew they were acting within their rights and thats how it played out.
I'M DOMICILED NEAR BALA PA AND DOING THINGS IN THE COUNTY OF PENNSYLVANIA IN THE US BEING A "COMMONWEALTH STATE" IS CHALLENGING I LIKE THE WAY PROCESS WAS HANDLED IN THIS BRITISH COURT UNLIKE US THEY SEEMED TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF SUCCESS!!!!
It really weirds me out that simple questions like "Do you understand?" and requests to approach or stand seem to just be ways of having people give up their right to operate under common law. How is that even possible? It's too subtle, too weasley. It's arcane and symbolic. Is this something that was explained in some document hundreds of years ago, and therefore the people have had the chance to learn it and are "supposed to know"?
@newguy33X same Q here. i guess its a sign where you make your "will" public for anyone to see, like a simple order of pepsi in a bar signaling to engage in contract, where no written document is needed. but it sure raises the Q, and further the need to look into what someone really intended, so its not misinterpreted.
haha "Man Overboard" it must be great fun going in to court and having the knowledge of how it is all working. I might even break a statute one day just to get shanghaied aboard their ship!
What could be more beautiful than someone walks into a court room and guns down the magistrates. Oh, you say that would be horrible. but what would you say if you learned that thosuands of Nuns and Priests were raped and murdered during WWII? Would you hold a scumbag judge above a Nun? These judges live in homes. If the judges rule in favor a person the courts want convicted the judges will pay dearly, then it should work the other way. They should fear ventilation from the common man.
i think its fantastic what you are doing 10 out of ten .
it was only 6 months ago that i realised that all courts are maritime courts and its the people going to court that gives the magistrates the power they need through submision or concent ... everyone should be told this so they can arm themselves with the knowlage to regain the souveraine you were born to be.
Do these people want power? Will the tpuc become corrupt with it? Orwells vision were the police don't bother with the proles will come true as more people are educated on this? Do the tpuc support the death penalty? As a Gandhi lover I hope not . But great videos but raises more questions which I hope they want us to do .
fantastic...the layman is in another freeman film in a court were they get a lot more aggressive than this but the audio is very hard to hear exactly what they say. This on the other hand is very clear...
ACCORD [ə káwrd] - agree: to be in agreement or come to an agreement (therefore, it's a recorded verbal agreement, which are just as legally binding as written)
INALIENABLE [in áyli ənəb'l] impossible to take away: not able to be transferred or taken away, e.g. because of being protected by law
@bolabus look, I'm not interested in getting involved in a youtube row with someone I dont know, so just tell me, how much better informed would you like me to get - if looking both words up in a dictionary and copying word for word what the dictionary said isn't enough to satisfy you???
@Ulysses1977 in court legalese (legal language) is used, not plain english... for example in legalese a person is a corporate legal fiction or another would be the word understand which means to submit to the authority of the statement.
@djdnauk1977 u are right, so Blacks Law Dictionary says an accord is an agreement to accept. I couldn't find inalienable (in the version I have) so I would guess - unless someone can correct me - that inalienable is the same what ever the dictionary?? But yeah, I'd overlooked that point. Interestingly, it also defines a PERSON as a human being capable of having rights, as well as being an "artificial person, such as are created and devised by law for the purpose of society and Government".
@Ulysses1977 hmmm try un-alien-able i think it refers to rights you cant place a lien on? also i think theres a distinction between natural persons & a "person" but im not 100% on the definitions... also check out the blacks definition of "human being" im pretty sure in the early versions of blacks the definition was "a monster" lol sinister in my opinion.
@djdnauk1977 I thought about that, and already looked, but un-alienable isn't there. Nor is human being! I've got the 2nd edition as I'd had heard that a few of the "legalese" terms were removed from later versions (urban legend? I dont know) so I got the earliest version I could find, and some of the words I wanted to look up aren't in that one either? whether I went too early, or they are in the first edition, I dont know?
@Ulysses1977 im not sure to be honest, i do know blacks 9 is out now though & the most up to date is whats used in courts etc... maybe just try "lienable" or try to connect the dots between un a lien able somehow? :s i thought the human definition was only in earlier versions so id expect it to be in yours but obviously not.
This is so close to home in way of Geographical location that it couldn't get any closer , this is a diamond of a video, as soon i will be standing in one of the magistates courts there are in Gloucester and there is a chance that i could stand before one or all of these very same magistrates, i really want to see part two just for the education. Well done to the layman so far, he's been quality, 5/5 stars, favourited and featured as main video as a little thanks ;)
Excellent!!! This is exactly what THINKING people need to see! The "common" folk are being played like violins by the rich through WORD USAGE. Legal jargon is there for a REASON! It is there to bamboozle you, to confuse you....to intimidate you! If you don't know what the "legalese" is how in hell do you know what THEY are even saying to you? THEY COUNT ON THIS! MOST of the world is RUN on British Maritime law! Study it! Understand it! KNOW it! It is your....ENEMY!
LOL.
A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing.

The 'common law' is not some medieval term that should be thrown around to mean more than it does and I think that's where alot of these people are confused. Common law jurisdiction is merely a delineation between a jurisdiction in which courts and judges make the law and civil jurisdictions where it is encoded. That simple.

reksub10 4 months ago
This is such nonsense, for one - a lay advisor has no right to address a Court, secondly you cannot choose a particular area of law to be judged on. If statute contradicts with common law, then statute takes precedent.
007RoyalFlush 4 months ago
@007RoyalFlush
There's a statute against using that phrase and the punishment is being sodomized with a baseball bat. Too bad you agree that it takes precedence over common law.

You were born into it.

vxSMOKEYxv 11 months ago
How convenient that these laws happen to be so self-serving.
nozero1 11 months ago
@nozero1 I think you mean replaced by new legislation not laws. common law superceds all legislation. that is unless you choose to aknowledge that legislations jurisdiction over you.
camcroney 11 months ago
@camcroney Nonesense. If that was really the case, then why don't professional lawyers and legal experts take advantage and override all court sessions? Surely by refusing to "ackowledge" the magistrate, the individual could get away with ANY crime. I find it hard to believe that a small group with no apparent legal expertise has somehow cottoned onto some legal loophole that an entire industry of experts (with decades of experience) haven't found.
nozero1 11 months ago
@nozero1 . the lawyers swear othes to this system of maritime admiralty law. this is the law they study and the law they know. human beings have nothing to do with this form of law. the laws that we must abide by are common law. this has two forms, criminal and civil. if you infringe on someone's rights you are subject to these laws. if you choose to look into the matter instead of assuming you know you would learn common law superceds all legislation. LOOK IT UP.
camcroney 11 months ago
@camcroney I did the bare bones of research and immediately found that lawyers swear to the "Solicitors Code of Conduct", not the "Maritime Admiralty Law". Maritime admiralty law is restricted to naval matters (hence the name). "Civil" is not a branch of Common law, and entirely distinct legal system that is not used in the UK. Common Law can be revoked or repealed by Parliament, so the content of the Magna Carta can be easily superceded.
nozero1 11 months ago
@camcroney Common Law is base around the idea that laws are developed through trials, with judges making decisions based on writ and common sense. Over time though, this method was phased out as it depended on the competancy of the judge. Legislation, as used by parliament, now has far more influence on the trial, and judges have far less freedom. Magistrates, less still.
nozero1 11 months ago
@nozero1 i admit the basis of my knowledge of is far more limited to the lunacy in the US. it has been my understanding that in all matters common law always supercedes any other forms of law. unless you submite to the authority of that court. but maritime admiralty is not restricted to naval matters as it should. it has been impossed on all US courts. it seems obvious that if they were in the wrong they would have been treated as such they were not, so they must have been within their rights
camcroney 11 months ago
@camcroney It's all very complicated, and there are a lot of differences (and similarities) between US and UK law. The reason for what went on this case was that Magistrate courts only deal with minor offenses, and magistrates have strict limits towards what punishments they can dish out. Because of this, things like security and authority are more relaxed than in a Crown court (jury trial). In a crown court they would have come down on the defendant's behaviour like a ton of bricks.
nozero1 11 months ago
@camcroney Plus, magistrates are only volunteers, who usually have only a limited understanding of the law. Because of this, it is harder for them to overrule people who try to defend themselves with references to obscure laws or conditions. A professional judge or barrister has adequate training, and would probably be able to counter the defendant's claims with ease. But as this is a trial about tax evasion, it isn't the kind of case a professional judge would take up.
nozero1 11 months ago
@nozero1 Yes it makes sence once in trial they would never allow any of that in any US court as well. I assumed this to be a hearing as that would be the only place their actions would make sence. If they were already in trial they would have already submited to whatever jurisdiction the court has. In any case this goes to show at what lengths the powers that be have gone to form law in such a way that even those that study it may never fully understand it. how sad.
camcroney 11 months ago
@camcroney Well, it normally isn't so hard. The Freemen's tactic here is to quote antiquated laws that are largely irrelevant or long recinded, and to ignore the simple, modern, and readily available leglislation. For instance, he keeps referring to the "1890 Admiralty Law", which in reality only applied to overseas colonies and naval affairs, many of which have since gained independence. Even if the Freeman continues to act in contempt of court, he is only delaying the inevitable.
nozero1 11 months ago
@nozero1 by chance do you know how this trial ended?
camcroney 11 months ago
@camcroney Nope, but I heard that one of the charges against St. Clair was dropped in regards to him owing money to a pub landlord. It is likely that they settled out of court. It might be worth mentioning that St. Clair has a rather interesting personal history, in that he was a notorious scam artist. He used to sell false titles to Chivalric orders he invented, and even went under many false titles including "reverend", "major" and "lord". (source from "eagar Beaver" at "fake titles .com").
nozero1 11 months ago
This is brilliant. The magistrates initially probably thought they were talking to a mad man, when the lay advisor started talking about inaliable and God given rights. Little did they know they were dealing with a learnered fellow.

MrEurgbp 11 months ago
@suchafool990 ignorance of the law is no defense, so to defend yourself in a court you must know the rules of the game.
demented669 11 months ago
@suchafool990 when they entered the court they did so with the understanding that the court was in recognition of common law. what you see after that is the court trying to regain its authority by tricking and intimidation. (as is always the case). see they are trying to impose legislation not law and they do not have jurisdiction to do so until you subit to there jurisdiction. the court knew they were acting within their rights and thats how it played out.

Ulysses1977 1 year ago
@Ulysses1977 in court legalese (legal language) is used, not plain english... for example in legalese a person is a corporate legal fiction or another would be the word understand which means to submit to the authority of the statement.
djdnauk1977 1 year ago
@djdnauk1977 u are right, so Blacks Law Dictionary says an accord is an agreement to accept. I couldn't find inalienable (in the version I have) so I would guess - unless someone can correct me - that inalienable is the same what ever the dictionary?? But yeah, I'd overlooked that point. Interestingly, it also defines a PERSON as a human being capable of having rights, as well as being an "artificial person, such as are created and devised by law for the purpose of society and Government".
Ulysses1977 1 year ago
@Ulysses1977 hmmm try un-alien-able i think it refers to rights you cant place a lien on? also i think theres a distinction between natural persons & a "person" but im not 100% on the definitions... also check out the blacks definition of "human being" im pretty sure in the early versions of blacks the definition was "a monster" lol sinister in my opinion.
djdnauk1977 1 year ago
@djdnauk1977 I thought about that, and already looked, but un-alienable isn't there. Nor is human being! I've got the 2nd edition as I'd had heard that a few of the "legalese" terms were removed from later versions (urban legend? I dont know) so I got the earliest version I could find, and some of the words I wanted to look up aren't in that one either? whether I went too early, or they are in the first edition, I dont know?
Ulysses1977 1 year ago
@Ulysses1977 im not sure to be honest, i do know blacks 9 is out now though & the most up to date is whats used in courts etc... maybe just try "lienable" or try to connect the dots between un a lien able somehow? :s i thought the human definition was only in earlier versions so id expect it to be in yours but obviously not.
