  • Well the woman who makes the argument it shouldn't be there because kids might see it - is she going to also extend that to all the signs that advocate religion?

  • I love my atheism, and I love supporting atheist movements... but COCORE? Guys...tell me it doesn't sound like "Coke Whore".

  • We'll see how imaginary God is when you die on that grease pole to hell.

  • Haha, according to the guy, appealing to authority makes God real. Not that the American government is the best authority to trust.

  • 1776. This was the year that the United States declared it's independence. 1956. This is the year the words "In God we trust" were added to United States currency. For 180 years we saw no need for it. What changed? Did we see God as an imaginary friend from 1776 to 1956? And which God are they talking about? Why doesn't it say in Gods we trust? If it is a particular God, Is this not a violation of the constitution? In all, asking questions is the objective of these billboards.

  • ABOUT TIME ! LETS PUT THEM UP NEXT TO EVERY DAMN CHURCH TOO !

  • Lady says "I don't want someone else deciding what my kids learn" "...it leads to kids questioning.." WOW so your kids should question absolutely nothing; what an awful way to raise children. What about church signs that have messages on them that non believers don't want their children seeing? If it makes people this uncomfortable to evaluate their belief systems, maybe they aren't worth believing in. Just a thought.

  • We need to start putting up "Atheists do nothing but lie" billboards.

  • Coke Whore!? ..Worst name ever.

  • About damn time! I'm sick of "Jeezus is comin'" ads everywhere!

  • Haha. Brilliant! Those billboards should be everywhere!

  • they could of at least shown one person who agrees with the billboard.

  • I thought "In God We Trust" meant congress is admitting to being so incompetent that only divine intervention can save us.

  • Although clearly imaginary, I find it difficult to define it as a friend. Some friend, having almost wiped out our (and all other) species on purpose do to a design error (s)he was responsible for. Forcing us to love him/her unconditionally. Follow his rules and refraining from critique. If all conditions are not met you are to be punished with eternal torture.

People who consider this friendlike behaviour are masochists. Perhaps even .. masochrists or masochristians ?

  • "Even the U.S. government recognizes this being" LOL!

  • "Believe in God, because the money says so" - Is it just me, or has the standard of defense for the belief in God reached an all time low?

  • Wow, i thought the organisation was called coke whore! O.o :D

  • Werd up! Surprised this isnt in portland
