Curling a Synthetic Wig

I tried curling a wig once but I ended up with pinch marks-- I curled it damp and with those sponge rollers with the clamps on them. I'll have to get the magnetic rollers like you're using (or whatever they're called). Cute wig and nice tunes too!

if the wig is synthetic it MUST Be on VERY LOW heat re the hair dryer and if you are using a normal hand held, keep at a good distance from wig

if you place them in boiling water (the rolled hair) u'll get much better curls

Do you think if you rolled the hair wet and then dried it around the roller the curl would have been tighter?

@wetaugustbooks Sorry for taking so long. I actually tried doing it dry and the results are much better to me. However, the wait for the hair to dry is REALLY long, so if you're patient, go for it!

You are not putting the rollers of the right shape. You wrap the roll in which all the hair. Watch the videos of several other girls. Another suggestion is you use a silk scarf for the protection curlers

@Doctorhair42 Thanks for the tip! However, I did specify in my description that I prefer my curls to be uneven. Which is why I use various roller sizes.
