In the quick mission builder you can add it as a hostile or friendly aircraft only, it's just above the migs and it's called the MBR-2 AM-34,1937

This is IL-2 46 there should be a Beriev MBR-2 in every version, it's only a non-flyable and they call it something else in the game I think, but it should be there
