Hey. Most of the ones (except like 3) I did that didn't have messed up backgrounds. XD What happened was they didn't change the animation's disposal while saving it.

It isn't only Naruto ones. They are spread out throughout them. It is because the people working on them did not change the disposal when they saved it.
