  • Hey guys! Today is just an awesome day! :)

I really enjoyed this video. It was great!

  • I wonder what these companies have to gain by holding our money like that. Are they able to collect interest or anything beneficial to them? Maybe they just take a while to get stuff processed. I don' t know. Do you, dapanz11?

  • they want u to be their slave and they want to be able to rape u in the ass whenever they want. male or female. they say behind closed doors "fuck the majority, they are our slaves" the fuckheads know as the elite want u to be their bitch, and they dont want u to struggle

  • newAlexFan, the 30 day rule is pretty common also. In fact, it could take, in some cases, more than 90 days. I worked for a Fortune 500 company in 1999. When I left, they reported terminations on a quarterly basis. Therefore, since I left in early February, I had to wait until quarter end for the company to report my termination. So, I finally was able to roll my account in mid march. Finally got it in late March. So, about 60 days. Sucks, I know.

  • The company I work for has a voluntary 401k that they match my contributions up to 3%. Now they no longer will match my contributions and I can not opt out even to place the money elsewhere....so it is basically a voluntarily - forced savings plan. If I were to leave for any reason I would be required to wait a minimum of 30 days before I could do anything with the money...even roll it over to an IRA. Doesn't seem right to me.

  • No, you can not move your 401k while you are employed. This is standard NO MATTER where you work. If she wants to go to cash, she is welcome to do so however, the money needs to stay in the 401k. It can not be moved until she quits or gets fired. Their is such thing as the "Enron Rule" which will allow you to move SOME of your 401k to an IRA while employed. Contact your HR Dept. As for loans, the standard is 50% of vested value on date of request.

  • My 401k had that clause. 2 years ago I told my Boss they has 60 days to give me my money or I quit. They actually set up a new plan so people who wanted to stay in could and those who did not could take their money elsewhere. I bought Physical Gold with myy money.

  • 401,K.O.

  • World is all in the steak and is crumbling and burning. Where to go and escape because it looks like 2009-2010 will be a hell.

  • Escape? There is no escape. Just dont live in downtown LosAngeles or NYC. If you do move to an area that is less densely populated. Stock up on 6-12 months worth of food. Have some guns plenty of bullets. And have physical Gold and some Silver. Do not store your wealth in anything that is paper until the Dow Gold Ratio hits 1 then start thinking about it.

  • Most 401K's allow for hardship withdraws, if you can prove you are buying a home, about to be foreclosed on, have a death in the family, etc. I stopped paying my mortgage to be able to cash out what is left of my 401K, the value of my condo is dropping faster than I can make payments anyways, why continue to throw money down that black hole, who cares about fico score?
