@moomoomilkism Back then I was horrible at raising the Digimon and always used Monzaemon because he was so easy to get, since all you had to do was get a Numemon and usually ended up with one anyway xD Nowadays I dont use Monzaemon though, I'm way better at the game lol

Am I the first one to comment about this, but Machinedramon was a cakewalk to my 8.2k hp 5.6k mp Phoenixmon, but try coming back to the same area after you finish the game. It won't be someone as big as a Machinedramon, but a nice little Digitamamon. I sort of misjudged it by its looks cause of the way it wiped my digimon easy, in mere minutes.
Machinedramon hp: 5-6k, Digitamamon: 9999.
But couple digimons later, I found the technique DG Dimension. came back n beat him ^^
it took a couple tries, but my MegaSeadramon was able to deafeat him...then came the event in the game where you had to travel around killing him again X(

Kirara159: Megalo Spark isn't the best move in the game. Ice Statue is. It's faster and does more damage. After Ice Statue is probably Bug and then Megalo Spark.
I almost maxed my Megadramon on my PSP using only a couple chips, but he died before I could max Def and Brains. Dx
1. You need Greymon, Meramon, Devimon, or Tyrannomon in order to digivolve into MetalGreymon. Otherwise the Digivolution item "Metal Parts" is another option (but of course that means less lifespan for Metalgreymon).

Every other stat must be at 500 and your digimon must have done at most 4 poos.
I got this game on my PSP and I'm playing it right now while using youtube. Infact, Machinedramon is dead but I paused it so I could listen to the song and after I'm done typing, It's all over ^_^
He's tough, but I was able to beat him every time because I had MegaSeadramon and I gave it 1) Tear Drop, 2) Aqua Magic ,3) Ice Statue.
When I first fought him, I would do tear drop attack until he went flat, then I would do aqua magic to build up my status and when he went back to normal, I kept doing ice statue until he was paralyzed and then I would do tear drop while he's paralyzed until he goes flat and keep doing that over and over. That lighting attack Machinedramon had was hell though..
i remember the day i faced machinedrA\amon. it was with my megadramon (aaaahhh with that digimon i had completed the game).it wasn't easy although, too bad i had deleted him from battle mode. :( :( :(

I find that Skullgreymon is a good choice for beating him. Else raise a Metalgreymon and then kill him once or twice and he will turn into Skullgreymon.
If you have a digimon with maximum stats, you're the reason that you can't win. If his stats really are maxed out, just let him fight the battle on his own. Don't use any commands. With thunder justice alone, you'd beat Machinedramon.
Finally beat Machinedramon today with a Metalgreymon.
HP: 9999
MP: 6556
OFF: 733
DEF: 623
SPEED: 469
BRAINS: 560
TECHS: All Range Beam (Guardromon uses it), DG Dimension (Giromon and Megadramon use it), Full Power (Mamemon uses it)
STRAT: Train HP and MP, they're your biggest priority. Full Power buffs up your other stats, so you should be able to tank Machinedramon easily with this. I also brought 15 large recoveries and 15 large MP's on the way to Mt. Infinity.
Also would like to add, if you spam Full Power (Full Potential, in the NTSC version) until you can't spam no more, then Machinedramon's Thunder Justice attack that deals about 1000+ damage will be reduced to about 400.
Another good way is to paralyze him, so you can start whaling on him, or poison him, because the poison does a LOT of damage because of Machinedramon's high HP.
Having a high HP, defense, and the "Defend yourself" command comes in really handy after poisoning him. And indeed, bring a lot of healing items.
Yeah, that's a pretty good strategy. You really could just build a digimon straight up for a strategy like that, making sure he has high brains, defense, and HP. Poison the target, then block all of his attacks. With high enough brains, defense, and HP, that would probably be a pretty solid strategy. (albeit a sluggish one)
Get a digimon with high stats (champion is fine too) .Make sure he knows megalo spark. Watch as megalo spark spam tears machinedramon. Make sure you have a lot of recovery's as Thunder Justice hurts.
When I played this I found it awfully frustrating... the fucking creature never became what I wanted, it turned into some ugly shit after it pooed or something like that.
you have to meet it's digivolution requirements. find a website that tells you the digivolution requirements. p.s. i think the ugly shit is numemon. does it look like some kind of slug?

me and my brother tanked this guy with a Tyrannomon. WE were so beast, we used like 72 recoveries and 10 revives. The battle went on for like 15 minutes.

I like this music alot. I paused it a bit when I first played it because it simply sent chills down my spine, and yes Analogman was very creepy.

Is there a psp version of this?? I'm really missing this game(I sold my PS1 and I lost the game CD)...I still remember the nights I stay up so late just to get a better digimon...(Metalgreymon)(Skullgreymon)(Phoenixmon)(Hercules Kabuterimon)(Megadramon and Gigadramon) those were the days....
And what I meant about the PSP version that there's no PSX stuff, custom firmware and emulator stuff...just download...

Kirara159: Megalo Spark isn't the best move in the game. Ice Statue is. It's faster and does more damage. After Ice Statue is probably Bug and then Megalo Spark.
I almost maxed my Megadramon on my PSP using only a couple chips, but he died before I could max Def and Brains. Dx

Metalgreymon requires this:
1. You need Greymon, Meramon, Devimon, or Tyrannomon in order to digivolve into MetalGreymon. Otherwise the Digivolution item "Metal Parts" is another option (but of course that means less lifespan for Metalgreymon).
4500 HP
3000 MP
Every other stat must be at 500 and your digimon must have done at most 4 poos.

He's tough, but I was able to beat him every time because I had MegaSeadramon and I gave it 1) Tear Drop, 2) Aqua Magic ,3) Ice Statue.
When I first fought him, I would do tear drop attack until he went flat, then I would do aqua magic to build up my status and when he went back to normal, I kept doing ice statue until he was paralyzed and then I would do tear drop while he's paralyzed until he goes flat and keep doing that over and over. That lighting attack Machinedramon had was hell though..

Believe it or not, Machinedramon is actually very easy up until he gets full potential.
thunder justice and all ranged beam are really easy to dodge and negate. You could easily kill him with a spit fire :S

i remember the day i faced machinedrA\amon. it was with my megadramon (aaaahhh with that digimon i had completed the game).it wasn't easy although, too bad i had deleted him from battle mode. :( :( :(

You know when the first time i faced him with my Phoenixmon, he easily pawned me.His power are far beyond my expectation!!! LOL
i swore to get revenge, and bring out all my resource ( buy a lot of recovery item, stats Chips, training very hard) only to defeat him.
that's are unforgotten memories, even it has been almost ten years ago

ahhh man im never have beat this boss,but im have beated many other harder bosses in another games,so his is the hardest boss who im have faced and im dont have beated him in this day and my fail have 3 years past,three year trying beat Machinedramon and im dont win what the fuck is that he kicks and blast my ass even with hacks,and my digimon is Monzaemon with all stats in the max,with muscle charge thunder justice and buster dive as attacks and even with this im cant win,he is a ****** hard!!!

I find that Skullgreymon is a good choice for beating him. Else raise a Metalgreymon and then kill him once or twice and he will turn into Skullgreymon.

If you have a digimon with maximum stats, you're the reason that you can't win. If his stats really are maxed out, just let him fight the battle on his own. Don't use any commands. With thunder justice alone, you'd beat Machinedramon.

Finally beat Machinedramon today with a Metalgreymon.
HP: 9999
MP: 6556
OFF: 733
DEF: 623
SPEED: 469
BRAINS: 560
TECHS: All Range Beam (Guardromon uses it), DG Dimension (Giromon and Megadramon use it), Full Power (Mamemon uses it)
STRAT: Train HP and MP, they're your biggest priority. Full Power buffs up your other stats, so you should be able to tank Machinedramon easily with this. I also brought 15 large recoveries and 15 large MP's on the way to Mt. Infinity.

Also would like to add, if you spam Full Power (Full Potential, in the NTSC version) until you can't spam no more, then Machinedramon's Thunder Justice attack that deals about 1000+ damage will be reduced to about 400.

Another good way is to paralyze him, so you can start whaling on him, or poison him, because the poison does a LOT of damage because of Machinedramon's high HP.
Having a high HP, defense, and the "Defend yourself" command comes in really handy after poisoning him. And indeed, bring a lot of healing items.

Yeah, that's a pretty good strategy. You really could just build a digimon straight up for a strategy like that, making sure he has high brains, defense, and HP. Poison the target, then block all of his attacks. With high enough brains, defense, and HP, that would probably be a pretty solid strategy. (albeit a sluggish one)

Get a digimon with high stats (champion is fine too) .Make sure he knows megalo spark. Watch as megalo spark spam tears machinedramon. Make sure you have a lot of recovery's as Thunder Justice hurts.

-MP 5000+
-Off 800+
-Def 600+
-Speed 600+
-Brain 600+
-War Cry,Muscle Charge,and Thunder Justice!
And its easy...(i use only 2 large recovery)

me and my brother tanked this guy with a Tyrannomon. WE were so beast, we used like 72 recoveries and 10 revives. The battle went on for like 15 minutes.

I've encounted the odd glitch now and again, where it just freezes up somewhere, but it was never because of using the Jukebox. I have the UK version.
