  • You clearly don't know your 80s or ballads....

  • Sorry dude but Paschendale was made in 2003, not in the 80's

  • I like Paschendele but its not a ballad...try listening to Wasting Love from Iron Maiden too...

  • Best song in the world....STILL LOVING YOU *.*

  • ISN'T BETH 70'S THOUGH? EVEN THOUGH I LOVE IT TO DEATH!!! <3

  • Beth is from the 70's!

  • @sabruce01 but its awesome!

  • SKID ROW ,W.A.S.P, SCORPIONS , METALLICA, GUNS N ROSES , BON JOVI, IRON MAIDEN, FIREHOUSE ''THE BEST FOREVER''

  • Okay, he added some songs from the 90s, or early 2000's, come on, we don't need to attack him because of it.

  • @yanhpitan well some of the songs I would'nt call ballads such as the unforgiven by metalica and paschendeale by iron maiden (my favorite of all time), which both were really not meant to be ballads.

  • yeahh wind of change!!!!

  • metallicaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Show must go on is from 1991

  • The 80's music is the same of the early 90's (hair metal)...

  • Tbh idc if its from the 90's or not, if it sounds 80's then it may as well have been a 80's song.. Wind of Change or When I Look Into Your Eyes are perfect examples, both were done in either '91 or '92, but no one would know unless they looked it up or were there. Theres the "80's ballad genre" which I think most people would agree extends to '92.. Still lots of great music being made 80's style in the early 90's

  • The Show Must Go On (Queen) is from 1991, Wind Of Change, Nothing Else Matters, too. On both lists there's pretty much songs that don't belong in 80s, no way, and lots of songs don't fit in pure rock-ballade genre, this is some kind of hair/thrash metal oriented list . No Clapton, Dire Straits, U2, Tina Turner, Springsteen, ZZ Top, Billy Idol, Genesis, etc.

  • FINALLY Someone who has a Dokken song in the greatest ballads list! Its about time! Greatest band from the 80's!

  • so what Mettalica rules

  • "The bitter pill" is from 90s

  • Dude paashendaele is not a ballad

  • queen forever

  • hmm I think Blaze Of Glory is from 1990?

  • these are all ballads? nope! Years and also do not agree!

  • beth??? it's 1976!

  • Beth is from 1976, destroyer

  • wasp the idol 1992

  • I wouldn't call Paschendale a ballad. I'd replace it with Wasting Love

  • @ExiledKraken Paschendale isn't from the 80s and neither is Wasting Love. The only Iron Maiden ballad from the 80s that I can think of is Strange World.

  • @lyon1535 I know Paschendale isn't. I just forgot that Wasting Love is from 92 or 93. My bad.

  • @lyon1535 Journeyman is not a ballad?

  • @t4sos1234 Journeyman is from 2003.

  • @lyon1535 Yes, but its a ballad. You said that maiden's only ballad is strange world thats why I comment to you

  • @t4sos1234 I said it was the only one from the 80s. Read the comment again.

  • @lyon1535 Oh ok you are right, my fault

  • The titile should be "rock ballads of 80's n early 90's"

  • Beth is from 1976, Don't Cry is from 1991, Paschendale is from 2003, Nothing Else Matters is from 1991, and The Idol is from 1993.

Did you just get into Rock music or something?

  • skid row .....xD

  • SCORPIONS IS THE BEST

  • Paschendale was made in 2003 the dance of death album.

  • Nothing else matters is from 1991, Paschendale from 2003, Dont Cry from 1991 along with Might as well be on Mars......wouldnt call Paschendale a ballad either.......

  • @fetterpetter guns n roses has dont cry written in the 80s but only in the 90s brought out

  • @fetterpetter the 80´s live forever ;)

  • Might as well be on Mars is from Hey Stoopid that was released 1991 but it's one of my favorite ballads so I give you a plus for that ;)

  • also, Paschendale was from Dance Of Death which was 2003, and The Idol was from the 1992 album The Crimson Idol, not the 80s. One of the better lists however
