on ps3 u can free roam, took me a while to find out lol!! anyways when u complete shanghi or something u need to complete all the missions and secondary missions. THEN it will say when u go there again press SQUARE to free roam. well there u have it folks, i think this works for xbox 360 as well

lol, i got the ds version and it's pretty good. 10x better graphics than the first one. good sound effect and good gameplay too. the only thing i don't like about it is that there is no free roam and every time you fight a boss you have to use the stupid create-a-bot-dude. i'd say about... 6,7, or 8 out of 10 for a rate.

Any game based off of a movie are stupid because they have to change to storyline in order to make the game fun and they add in other scenes/characters and well they just rush the whole development of the game, I'm sure if they worked on it for a year and made a new storyline instead of copying the movie it would be worth buying but this is just marketing tool that well sell because of it's name and title...

Hold down the R3 button for the ps3 version. Not sure what button for the xbox.

You should be able to transform at will for both versions, except for the beginning parts of the tutorial level.

You have to look at the big picture. You can't consider Transformers 1 one war and Transformers 2 another war.

The war on Earth between Autobots and Decepticons is on-going. The "last war" is taking place on Earth. The war ends when either Autobots stop the Decepticon invasion or the Decepticons take over the world.

The 2 movies are part of the war.
