try finding a doctor that will help u and not just treat it and supress it if u do find one recommend oxygen therapy it is real and been around for over 70 yrs most doctors will lie and say it wont work and say some may not no about it but doctors in europe use this treatment for herpes shingles warts even genitials and cancer etc. its real and does work they have documents of people cured using this oxygen therapy its kills the virus in side on cellular levl just look it up the cure is here

i have them in my hair and it is hard to wash my hair or even comb it so i know wat you are going through my scalp is so sore and i have white hair so i wear a hat if i can get it on hope they find a cure for this as i would be first in line hope you get better soon best of luck

I feel your pain. I am going through a bout of facial shingles right now, or as I call it, the disease from HELL.....I am doing this without narcotics, just doing it with Valacyclovir (prescription), Tylenol, Vitiman C. I cannot believe that you have had multiply break outs. My best advice, educate yourself, try and keep a positive attitude, and keep the faith, it will get better
