They were founded in 1999 by John Zandig and make their early foundations on hardcore deathmatch style of wrestling. They gradually switched to less bloodied style.

The Yoshi tonic is a leg trap, sunset flip bomb. RSrtards's explanation was indeed right about the regular sunset flip just being a jump over the opponent. Trevor Murdock does this same move but calls it the Ace of Spades.
