Its a proper stadium with history and a real atmosphere, and it is based on the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Genoa. The DW is just another soleless new stadium in the middle of a retail park, and Wigan fans don't sing and have no passion. You could hear a pin drop in the DW when I was last there.
