  • I mean free lea.

  • Hey ferries how old are u

  • THANK you!~;)~

  • How much for a night with you? Not pounds, USD

  • Comment removed

  • I love you!! You are helping me change my life! Thank you

  • fuck this bitch is amazing... keep it up freelea

  • hehe, how many times did the brush fall out of your hair making this video?

  • Awesome video! Thanks Freelee. I loved the brush in your hair, I got the idea after 2 min. I think you look really beautiful in this video.

  • i love you freelea you're my inspiration!!!=D

  • If your looks have nothing to do with confidence then why do you show your half-naked body on all of your video thumbnails?

  • @sn00ze135 People are drawn to what they want to look like/be like. Then they click on it and learn. Just getting the word out in various ways. :p

  • Its lovely what you say, but I dont agree 100%. I dont judge self by my standing with others. And if i would see some headcase trying to dragme into own race, i would just bless him/her and keep on moving at my own pace :)

Confidence is not only not caring about what bad other think, but also not giving a fuck about what GOOD they say about you :) I just have my own flow in life, and I am master of it

Check out "cherokee two wolves" story. It's about a mindset which westerners lack :)

  • THANKYOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!

  • rubbish down your gob, lol i love your slang.

  • i mean yes your really hot, and like viciously sexy . . but at 7:31 you have such a cute and lovely and just plain naturally wonderful smile that is like . . the best somehow. Love what your saying, keep being fierce, thanks for helping to be part of the antidote. I think this is helping people, its helping me . . and I supposedly know all this stuff. ;)

  • Do you know you've got a brush stuck in your hair? I don't mind, but I hope you noticed after you did the vid. That would be silly if you went out like that. Right? ;7P

  • @PeterAppleseed it's so embarassing when smb makes a comment without even watching the whole video.

  • @PeterAppleseed Hey that was a humorous poke. I get your sense of humor.

  • I want to be a vegan I hate how people eat meat and over use byproducts... I currently want to be a vegetarian but my parents wont let me *sigh*

  • @MrsDogLover just wait until you are old enough.

  • If you hang around with durianrider who's always putting down other raw food coaches then you will become like him. You have already become like him with your arrogant attitude attacking anybody who isn't as anorexic as you.

  • @503ttd No because any foodstuff is toxic in large amounts.

  • I can see the mole by the corner of your mouth and how you have covered it up with concealer. It's very apparent in earlier photos.

  • Being a whiner and then going the opposite way with false confidence and a narcissistic attitude are the personas of the psychopath. They start off flattering and mirroring and then they devalue. I've seen all this in your videos.

  • Instead of a whiner she's turned into a narcissist. I don't know which is worse. She's now reduced to dancing nearly naked in videos on You Tube because she can't hold down a regular job.

  • i see some valuable points from this sexy bitch, ive already got the muscular 20 yr old physique nailed down, now ill just become more of an egotistical cocky comedic asshole and everyone will love me even more

  • women are just not supposed to be this attractive

  • @danny088033 She's not attractive at all. She has a large mole by the corner of her mouth.

  • @lemsip HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @Freelea Poppy squash dang nibblets. What if you weigh 600kgs and have a mono brow that goes down to your toes and only two toes remain. You live in a box and are allergic to not having your hand inside of a orange juice container. Not to mention an insomnia of going outside as the land creatures might take my favourite pair of slacks. Any suggestions?

  • LOVVEEE!!!

  • thank you for this :)

  • Yes! Thank you. Namaste.

  • i did that with my hair once.... i had to cut it out :P

  • You are so sweet and funny - I like you!!!.. ;)

  • Shes right. It doesn't matter that she has wood sticking out of her hair, shes still hot. :)

  • Raw meat is healthy for you... time you start realizing woman.

  • that brush was so distracting.

    luls.

  • You are fantastic. Love you gal.

  • I f'n love you Freelee! These are the types of videos that teenage girls need to be watching, not pop star music videos. Thanks again for rockin out a solid vid!

  • i like this video..thanks..i really need to do it...

  • Couldn't stop laughing=))) Good video, Thank you!

  • we like you. dj

  • You have a hair brush stuck to your head again...

    ;-)

  • Damn you hippy vegans with your amazing bodies and self confidence.. Wheres your protein??

  • Thanks - cool vid/message

  • thumbs up if peanuts are dilicious

  • Nice voice ^^

  • I think she's trying to show a lesson by having that brush in her hair. If you act like nothing is wrong with you, and project confidence, no one will notice your imperfections. When I first saw it, I was like, "What? She has a brush in her hair?" But once she started talking, she was super confident and acted like there wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I forgot about the brush throughout the whole vid. Great job, great message. Thank you!

  • @KayRoxxxx No they will only notice how narcissistic you have become.

  • @lemsip hahaha

  • @KayRoxxxx There's such a thing as having too much self esteem as well as too little and they are both mental disorders. Actually having too much self esteem is narcissism a Cluster B personality disorder. If you go round with a brush in your hair people will laugh at you no matter how much confidence you have.

  • @lemsip Misunderstanding. I wasn't mocking you with my comment, I was laughing because it's true. I know what narcissism is and I do not intend to become that way. Nor would I go around with a brush in my hair as that is ridiculous. Her video provided a great message regardless of the amount of narcissism she projected and I was only stating as such. Obviously I would laugh at someone walking around with a brush in their hair, but the underlying message within that is useful.

  • @KayRoxxxx Thanks for replying. I wasn't sure whether you were or not so at least that's cleared. I wouldn't want to be the wimpy girl either and I used to talk in that way partly because of lack of confidence and also because other women did. Also when I wasn't like that I would be punished for being dogmatic. Then I held my head straight when talking not to one side, down or even up and it made a huge difference.

  • @lemsip The tone of voice changed and even the words used. If people didn't like it then tough.

  • @lemsip Yep, it's all about projecting confidence whether or not you feel that way inside. Most people are quick to say that with any level of confidence comes arrogance, yet that's not the case at all. It's about being confident but not overdoing it. Just don't listen to those people that put you down for being confident in yourself. Do what makes you feel happy... without compromising others, of course. See ya. :)

  • @KayRoxxxx Confidence is never about 'faking it till you make it' but balance & rationality in your thinking. Advertising has made sure that most people have low-self-estem so that they can sell them a million products to 'improve' it. Once you realize that rationally, then you de-condition yourself from it. It's not easy because it's a lifetime's worth that has to be reversed. Self-Confidence starts with a rational mind deconditioned enough to think straight & solve problems with temperance.

  • @metamorphosis67 I didn't necessarily say 'fake it till you make it', I said project confidence whether or not you feel that way inside. It's about being strong in yourself and not letting your perceived flaws control your life and how you live it. Obviously if you go around acting like you have the whole world on your shoulders, things aren't going to go as well for you as someone who doesn't let the little things bring them down. I'm also aware of the advertising scheme.

  • @lemsip (I know you're a troll, but:) self esteem is good; u can't have too much. And it means when people laugh, u don't care!

U know the pop-culture(false) definition of narcissism. It's not developed; it's something they are born with. It's a lack of empathy.

She is AGAINST anorexia; eats 3000+ calories a day. Runners are thin.

  • @Gary1111001 Orthorexia and anorexia are two different disorders. Orthorexia is nothing to do with calories but a restricted or mono diet.

If you haven't realised that you can have too high a self esteem as well as too little then you aren't aware of much. Narcissism can develop out of one's own accord or choice as well as be something you're born with.

  • what brush?

  • Can you beat the durianrider ;) lol

  • we should have a rawfitbitch running team...and have team shirts to wear.....wait, did someone say you had something in your hair?!?????....WHAT?????...you did?!?!?

  • ...Don't know if you know this but there is something in your hair...

  • LOVe your Videos!

  • Enjoyed this a lot, made me smile-great vid :)

  • @CrystallineAscension :-) Great to hear

  • 06:37 Did I see a Lifefactory bottle there on the table? Good to see you're not only raw-fit-vegan, but also making sure to minimize the exposure to plastics - Love it! ;)

  • @PerfectEclipse absolutely

  • "Self created imperfections" the most powerful statement!

  • i honestly dont know how i got to your videos actually maybe from chia seeds but so far i like the messages you've sent its good advice keep it up.

  • but you made a video about 10 comments that upset you ?

but true, the man with no shoes complained unti he saw the man with no feet.

However, if you were (god forbid) scarred or bald or not as perfect as you actually are I would be surprised if you could actually be as confident as you make out.

I wouldn't expect you would go out with an ugly dude, who ate meat, who was short etc because on the whole people tend to have partners that are attractive as they are.

  • Love you ^_^

  • GREAT VIDEO..this will deef helps all the peoples...thanks agian. AND u r so beautifull

  • I just been checking out videos about Gary Yourofsky from Your channel, awesome guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks awesome Girl;)

  • you should be a teacher because you can keep the audance

  • I like the bump on my nose :)!

  • love love love the brush.

  • Hey Freelea. Great video about confidence! I like you being straight forward and I don't understand why other would criticize it. In my opinion tough love is better that not caring at all, this is the way i view your message through your videos. And yes, people indeed don't know what real problems are all about. I came from a different country and live in US for few years now, and I always notice how people constantly complain about not essential stuff and yet have more than others would dream.

  • @gobagobax2 Thanks makes no sense at all. Whats your 5km running time?

  • Comment removed

  • @gobagobax2 It doesn't matter who can win. She's doing what she feels is right for her.

  • love it, hun, keep up the great work! see you soon in bkk, hopefully :)

    xoxo

  • Freelee.I'm just curious what dress size are you?

  • 2) plus I'm italian and here we eat pasta almost everyday (and I don't know if I can ever stop eating it, it is in my DNA! :D), even if in small portions and with healty dressings..

  • Hi, I have a question for you. I still live with my parents because I'm finishing the university and I'd really like to become a raw vegan, because I love love love fruits&vegetables and i already stopped eating meat, cheese etc. but I can't oblige all my family to have this lifestyle, just because they are free to do what they want! So how can I deal with that? I think I'll be moving on my own on 2013!!thank you :)

  • This was a GREAT video. It is going into my personal playlist and I am going to watch it daily. I am in the begining stages of changing my health and my life and this was a very powerful video for me. Thank you .. and I Love the idea of being a RAW BITCH =)

  • Freelea, well done. At first, the brush made me laugh, but after 1 min I barely noticed it at all. In fact I was paying attention to all your other great features (love the dark hair and the eyebrow work btw) and your body language is optimal. Great job :)

  • Do you excercise daily?

  • My tip for confidence: Fuck it. Look into a mirror, then smash the mirror, then contemplate the concept of the "self" and realize that it's only an illusion. Read the Dhamappada for help.

Oh, and don't eat animals, because you are an animal, and you wouldn't appreciate it if I enslaved, tortured, and then ate you.

  • I grew up around Nigerians. They are so confident. Because they will DIE if they aren't. They won't find food, they won't get into school, etc, etc. They have to fake it until they make it. They have insecurities. Hair issues. Body issues. Etc. But when you are so down low, that stuff is on the back burner until you can get your food, water, and education!! Afterwards, then they start working on that minor stuff.

  • Oh my God! You are fantastic and I love this message. So true! Every single statement is VERY true, and I've been transformed throughout the years thanks to my new thinking. Thanks for spreading the positivity! Keep making the world a more beautiful place! :)

  • List of things I hate about myself:

    1) I'm a woman

    2) I fap to these videos.

  • @MVPacMan23 Haha, that made me laugh...thanks!

  • Can't wait to save up to get some mentoring with you!

  • Hey Rawfood bitch !! whats up? i was wondering, is it possible to become a raw food dawg too?

  • Awesome!

  • MERCI BEAUCOUP FREELEE.

  • Man Legless mine victims are mean -_- they dont want to listen..

What do i hate about myself ? emm well a couple of years ago i lost a leg in a ...oh wait....

HEY us one leggies are not mean and care about everyone's problems ;-).....So what if you are a mine victim and what you hate about yourself is that you're a mine victim?

What do i love about myself....I try to be kind and understanding to others despite my own issues...I have a mischevious sense of humour..i am a totally hot female

  • Umg lol ima virgo too :D

  • merry me ? :D

  • being confident is being yourself no matter what :)

  • LOVE it ❤

  • the secret

  • & jealousy's a curse. Quit your whinging and dare to step up and inspire others.

  • @Freelea I LOVE this! So true!!

  • @duriansterror Lols at your username. Wow, you actually dedicated it to hating someone else... that's sad.

  • @duriansterror Whatever their opinions are, and yes they can be strong in them. They seem very compassionate, non-hateful and non-mean which is the bottom line trait I value in people. They seem quite different from each other as well.Don't see how You think shes aggressive?Strong willed, powerful, compassionate and very ASSERTIVE yes, quite a difference from aggression.Aggression is to fight someone verbally/physically You disagree with or don't like or can't get them to do something You want.

  • Thank you.

  • Your hot enough said.

  • Nice hairbrush! Hehe

  • oh the third world country thing you said it`s so true!!!

I live in one and I`m not saying my life is awful but first world countries really seem like a fairytale to me

  • You seem very defensive and aggressive in your videos. Calling on people to 'put their problems into perspective' by taking pity on others is futile and demeaning to all involved. Instead of siphoning that moment of clarity, it will result in guilt and intensified self hate. 'Oh I am such a bad person for ever thinking that my nose was ugly when some people don't even have a nose!' Do you really think it will inspire them to do act on either of the perceived problems at hand?

  • @bmargarete Its called passion not aggression once you embrace it yourself you will understand. Yes putting problems into perspective is absolutely necessary if we want to get REAL in life. Please travel and live in a third World country & you will get it. Who's a bad person for thinking their nose is ugly? Amazing how you have misconstrued an empowering message. Watch the video again with an open mind instead of filtering it through your conditioning. :)

  • @Freelea

Are you a leo or taurus by any chance?

  • @colloredbrothers I'm a virgo

  • @Freelea

    awwww fail

  • @Freelea yeah - me too

  • @bmargarete go fuck yourself she has helped more people than you ever will

  • @adfadfewfrewafawefaw including you, clearly.

  • @bmargarete All depends on how You perceive, I see a very inspiring compassionate loving person trying to help people that understand. Shes not trying to add a guilt trip if thats what You see then You have completely missed the point. i don't see her as aggressive at all, she just seems strong and full of heart. She has the physical beauty to be quite arrogant if she wanted but she chooses to love & empower others.

  • @bmargarete She NEVER said anyone was a bad person for feeling bad about what they interpret in themselves as having an Ugly nose. She simply is pointing out that we can transcend that tendency and love all our "apparent imperfections",how do You not see this?We all see things a bit different but I love the "contrast" approach. When we see how harsh it is for others in the world it can (and does for me) make us feel much more gratitude for our own situation, more compassion as well for others.

  • You look great. Lighting is great. Content is great. Love to see the video without the brush. :)

  • We need more of these videos from you ;) Loving your hair colour btw...

  • Did you HAVE to eat 30 bananas or that's how many it took to fill you up?

  • @leesway 30 bananas is 3000 calories and is a good amount for both men & womyn to aim for

  • love the brush ;) unique! and i did forget it was there ^^ LOL

  • Thanks freelea, great vid. :-D

  • @Freelea all I was trying to ask you in a friendly manner was how you managed to remodel your life. When I say rome wasn't built i a day, I am saying that I am becoming a better person but these are gradual changes.

  • @Freelea Ok, please enlighten me then. When you first started out as a vegan, did you do it overnight? Some can but I tried and it didn't work out. So, I am reading and watching videos to avoid mistakes. I am not trying to start a fight but instead, I am asking you for your tips. Yes, people having things going on in their lives and I am working hard to improve my life. One of your subsribers gave me a link to 80/10/10 online and I am starting to read it.

  • These are great tips, but it's easier to be confident when you're pretty, thin, and fit. Did you do these methods when you were overweight?

  • Freely, I have before implemented the raw food lifestyle for about six months then returned to my old ways, I have been introducing alot more fruit and veggies back into my dailt routine, however this week I would like to go all the way with the fruit:) Would you be able to reccomend some daily menus that I will be able to follow

    Thanx

  • I listened and still saw your brush...all the way through...can't help it.. :D i see the details easily and i have an extreme focus on them..lol but hey -great message- specially these days, even though i do still use some make up, and care for my body -my looks completely lost their importance... all those people in need for their basic nourishments..it seems silly and selfish to only think about me

  • @CrudeRuud That's your opinion yes. However, we all have different interpretations. We can easily 'not care what others think' but at the same time respect their right to an opinion/belief and sure, love them. U seem to have misconstrued my point. It's good to be open to constructive criticism yes but not senseless screech - when people try to pull you down from succeeding. For me 'not caring' means not giving excessive energy or attention to something that is not fruitful to my thrivival.

  • Wtf ????? ....

  • Thanks Freelea for the awesome video!

  • "don't put yourself down, there's plenty of people that will do that for you" - so true, good advice

  • Fantastic video!

  • FReelee, you are so cute and awesome :) Keep it up!

    <3

    Amanda (Brisbane)

  • So if my boyfriend beats me, I become an abuser? or do I become the submissive?

Its not always necessarily true that people that hang a person hangs out with people they become like. Psychology works out strangely that way.

You should read about abuse cases with children.

I just think a lot of us can admit we have a shy friend and a loud friend, but It doesn't mean that people can't be their own person.

Hey, but you are totally spot on about confidence, its a must if you want change.

  • Watch out, there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance, dahling :)

I fell in the trap of arrogance whle going on fruit for a while and saw my wonderful transformation. I have to keep asking myself if I am feeding my ego or my soul

  • @tanpm0620 If you have to keep asking, it may be arrogance. ;)

  • freelea, i really want to be a raw vegan but it's diffucult, i'm 16, i haven't seen my parents in 3 years and i live with my sisters who are meat eaters and give me a $40 weekly grocery budget. i am not able to buy the 80/10/10 book, so can you give me advice or tips on how to embrace this lifestyle based on my situation? i also workout on a treadmill for at least 3 days and 30 minutes every week.

  • @dancer101945 - You are focusing on too many excuses, instead of looking for ways to do this. If you want health bad enough you will make it happen no matter what. My number one tip is to ALWAYS prioritize your health above all, Feed your temple the ultimate cuisine - raw fruits and greens, nuts and seeds. You are not able to buy 811? Until you prioritize that I can't help you.

  • @dancer101945

People are diseased from years of bad fats, refined grains and refined sugars - smoking and alcohol too in many cases. The healthiest people do eat meat. The reason vegans can make claims of better health than meat eaters is because the average meat eater eats cheeseburgers and sausage, drinks beer and soda pop, eats french fries, corn dogs, fried chicken, smokes, etc. The problem is not meat - it's the awful diet in general.

  • Comment removed

  • @dancer101945 I'm not sure if you're in the U.S. or not. I have not read any books really, I watch her, durian, liferegenerator, which are free on youtube. My weekly budget for food is $50. I bike farther to find cheaper organic at a market instead of the grocery store. Talk to your sister and explain to her that you really want to eat a purely healthy sustainable lifestyle. And then budget yourself. You CAN do this, I know it's hard but it's SO worth it! Make the change tomorrow, don't go back!

  • @dancer101945 I would also watch Rawsangha too, they all have great free advice. Can you get a job? When I was 14 I started working. Yeah it sucks with school but life is good right? You will have that sense of freedom added too. There now, I've given you some good advice I think. Like I said before, start tomorrow and DON'T look back!

  • @Freelea Alright, there's no reason to be rude. I am trying to improve my lifestyle and have found the book. Realize that I am not making excuses, but instead providing you with my background. i HAVE THINGS GOING on in my life and I am working hard to create structure. Rome wasn't built in a day and I can't switch overnight and have long term success.

  • I liked the vid, you say right things, except for the part about "it's so cool for a girl to beat guys" - only a person with lots of psychological problems would need to beat someone to feel confident.

And your accent is cool, liked it too

  • @paulkiss1981 - Thanks for the feedback. Only a person with lots of psychological problems would say that. ;-) Competition is healthy. My self-esteem doesn't hinge on beating guys but it certainly is enhanced. Womyn aren't encouraged to be strong and athletic in society, we are encouraged to be girly girls and get our ass in the kitchen and serve serve serve. Stuff that.

  • @Freelea Competition IS healthy, but trying to prove "the fucking men that we girls can be strong too or even stronger than you, fat male asses!" is sick. It's not about competition, it's about proving other people something. And it's got nothing to do with confidence, loving self, the world etc. It's sick, and not positive. I'd say the same in case of "It's so cool to beat those fat ass females, they're SO pathetic, I like proving they are!" Same sick and leads no nowhere in the end.
