I am a cure fan and I have to say this version is 100 times better than the original. This version benefits from having distorted guitars, and not having a cheesy string synth playing the melody.

Wasn't the point of the synth melody's that it was in the 80's? And your wrong, as much as i like the rifles, the original is in a league of its own, and he can't match robert smith on the vocal for me!
