  • If you go any slower you will put on weight and knowone wants to here someone who just learned something try teach it. Thoses that can do, those that cant teach. Until you post a video snatching 24 kg for 200 reps in 10 minutes you should shut up.

  • listen, no offense, but why would I listen to you when there are some seriously buff dudes teaching this stuff? you look like you've never lifted weight in your life!

  • @byjer24 dude its a FAT LOSS metabolic workout, not power weight training.

  • That first one was way to complicated for the avg person haha .. we are lazy! More efficient ways of accomplishing the same thing without the complications :P

  • This video would be a lot better if you did the reps you talk about in the video. You say "do ten swings" then you do three. WTH man. Or five windmills then you do two.

  • no bueno on form or technique...please don NOT teach Kbells if you do not have proper skills.

  • @shaktisol I agree!! Scary!

  • thanks for the video chris . i was just curious how many days a week you can do this routine. can it be done everyday or do you need to rest a day in between.

  • @Loveliionee13 forget this, get on the cross trainer

  • You are doing the windmill wrong. Legs have to be straight, you turn both feet to point to where you bend over, keep both feet straight, then lower your body with the arm straight up.

  • @wildpett "This is not Yoga, comrade" - Pavel Tsatsouline

  • great workout Im impressed

  • no offense breh - but you'll find with something like this your own body will be your best marketing tool. If you can't give yourself a body that people admire then why would I think you can do for anybody else?

Not trying to hate, but bro you don't even look like you work out.

  • @fishNtits You can't see good cardio.

  • @Scolecite ya keep telling yourself that. Let me guess you're pudgy around the waist but have great cardio.

  • @fishNtits Im a cyclist so no actually. :)

And let me guess, you just have beach muscles to impress the girls.

  • @Scolecite ah yes of course, the classic cardio monster but has no abs or muscle tone. maybe its time to climb out of the spandex and do something that requires a little strength, I bet your bones are brittle too.

As for myself i'm a kickboxer and yes I great cardio but I also look good, I have abs, big guns the works. You can have good looking muscles and cardio fella, just because you don't doesn't mean nobody else can.

  • @fishNtits Well maybe you should stop riding your sisters bike and ride with real men and you would find out what real strength is.

  • @Scolecite ha you really suck at this. You think real men cycle, why do you guys look like aids patients then? Big whoop you're good at one movement, hardly an achievement. I'd love to see how good your cardio is when someone is trying to kick or punch you in the head.

Trust me, I train with real men and none of them ride bikes.

  • @fishNtits You would be coughing up blood if you ever rode with me. And in a fight your flashy kickboxing would be useless. I would simply take you down and choke your dumb ass out.

  • @lucyfats899 Hey, that's awesome girl! I know that's really effective, I tried it too! I am so happy that I loss belly fats just by following the diet plan on WeightLossAction.info.

  • What weight is the kettle bell in the video?

  • i need to loose about 60 pounds im a woman.is this a good workout for me? or will it just bulk me up

  • @Loveliionee13

Ive been doing kettlebell workouts for 4 months now, 3-4 times a week. Ive noticed my fat disappearing and the sides of my abdomen especially seem to be a lot firmer. My arms grew slightly larger in the first month but havent really changed since. Im not getting physically larger, just leaner and a lot stronger . I think many kettlebell users experience the same so give them a go :)

  • @Loveliionee13 Yes indeed I think this might help you, you could begin with a light kettlebell :) Be sure to eat majorly proteins to loose weight(fish,meat,eggs..) and a minimum of carbohydrates(sugar,bread,noodles..in the morning some carbohydrates aren't that bad but after 12 o' clock I advise you not to eat any)

With some courage and perseverance you'll achieve you goal, good luck!

  • Hey there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Excellent. Thank you.

  • what weight did you use here?

  • How many days a week should I do this workout?

  • @bigbadal22 3 times a week should be enough if you combine it with cardio

  • Wow thats awesome; Cant wait to see more!:)

  • I had to watch the Turkish Get Up ten times before I understood how... haha. but i LOVE it!

  • I just tried this workout. Really good. I didn't think the Turkish Get Up was worth doing until I tried it, I changed my mind. This is a great work out, good job putting this together and demonstrating it.
