its a girl called Amu who has a "outside charcter" not her true self. Then one night she prays to become her true self and when she wakes up she has 3 eggs in her bed they hatch into "Guardian Charas"

who will help her become her would be self, later in episode she does a "Charcter Tranformatian" turing her into a big version of her Chara (the one she tranformed with) also giveing her superpowers. she not alone though the Guardians also have them. its really funny the best anime ever !!
