They start out from a steel tube frame and use fiberglass body panels. They used to use honda h22 motors in them and various other oem honda parts but they aren't actually built off of another car body like many other kit cars.
Even while working proffesionally,if your limited for space, things soon end up looking like that no matter how tidy you are!You end up finding you spend more time tidying than building, when crammed into the corner of a workshop. One of the problems with building kits is the tons and tons of bloody packaging, everything is boxed, wrapped in bubblewrap, gets on your tits after a while as you just dont have the room to unbox it all and run through the inventory.
I just love how the front shocks look on these cars. If I ever had the money I would totally convert my old Accord into one of these lol.

Very cluttered! More working space along with some organization helps a bunch.
What did the final K1 look like? Why show the process if you're not going to show the finish???

quirky284654 4 years ago
Wow. That took a while. I think I'd rather pay someone to do it for me...if I ever get the car.

Even for a project car this is a large undertaking. I'm sure having the car together is very rewarding, though!
