@TheLeanneaa Hey the ice cream cones are wrapped in fondant and moulded. The tower is made of Pasilage which is available at specialist cake stores. I used toilet roll tubes wrapped in cling flim as a mould. The Pasilage is rolled out and wrapped round the tube. When it is dry I removed the tube and the tower will stand up alone.
