This song is helping me get through this. My sister who has struggled with severe depression was dumped by her boyfriend of two years and I fear for her. My brother has been receiving death threats by a crazed ex of his girlfriend. To top it off my grandma was rushed to the hospital today after complications of breathing. Any advise to help me through this?

Does anyone know a way to get this song? It isn't available on iTunes and I really want it. I've been a Monk fan since the very first episode, but I couldn't bring myself to watch the finale when it originally aired. It was too much, and I just didn't want it to end. I finally worked myself up to watching it and it was simply beautiful. There is no other way to describe it.
