i would not recomend vinegar as vinegar is acetic acid and you will end up with iron acetate on your stainless steel plates leaving a gugny yellow residue and making them not stainless , se bicarb instead. your hydrogen production will also go up dramaticlly
Not yet. That is one of the next things on my list. I will be measuring the liter/minute output as soon as I get a measuring device together. I will end up using bigger plates like 3*9's instead of the 3*5's for more surface area.

Have you measured the amount of gas you produce over a given time period?
