Admittedly, there was a large increase in NHS spending, which was badly needed (although healthcare has been free since Atlee). But continuing with the Tory privatisation of the NHS for the purposes of short-term, one-off private investment; constant propaganda being fed to the media by taxpayer-funded staff?
