You can lose weight by doing everyday things just by believing that what your doing is exercise. I've done this way before they showed it on MANswers, and it does work.
I think the whole secret formulas people present nowadays is a little misleading. The body and the chemicals in it react the same way. If you eat carbs in great quantities, you'll gain fat. It's that simple. One has to give up his favorite food in order to lose weight, there's no magic here. Either that or, just like with Jenny Craig, they feed you that food you "love" but in such a small quantity as to be meaningless.
dont stop yourself from eating food you like guys, just eat a little less, more salads get out and walk, thats all i did i was 15 and a half stone in 8 months im down to 12/half stone, positive positive guys, you feel like a different person once your brain clicks hey this is just fantastic your on the right road :)
Cuz look I am now 17,... bit overweight But only in my belly area and I dont have alot of money to go to a gym... Pretty expensive in the netherlands:P So I want to do stuff home.. I used to have a good weight but then I quit sports and started eating alot without exersize..
but while u were at it .. what kinda excercises did u do or like .. u knw ?? what else did u do other than contol what u eat .. like did u jog for like20 mins a day or anything of that sort ?? coz dude that looks AWESOME ... and no way that belly just got smaller by itself !!
@locoyish oh but it can if you just lower the amount of food you intake you stomach will shrink, but be warned i did this and my girlfriend took me to this buffet for my birthday and i ate a ton the next day it was hard for me to eat a little bit like i have been doing
That was the initial amount I lost, which came off very naturally. Be careful of diets that claim to get rid of a lot of weight in a short space of time. The weight normally comes back with a vengeance!
Hey man i don't anderstand when you said that its not WHAT you eat, but HOW you eat. what do you mean when you said "but how you eat", what do you mean?
heh thx man, i anderstand you. we eat with our eyes, its like you don't hungry so much but the "triggers" make you to over eat. we just need to learn how to control our selfs to not over eat, eat when we need to eat. and not react to this triggers. thx man for the explining.

I didn't exercise. Just learnt how to breathe properly and clear negative thoughts that made me over-eat. Cheers!

Hi there. It means having the ability not to react to triggers that make you over eat. It's all in the mind ;-)
