@Matsute ROFL yeah... we didn't have NES until about when snes came out ... i didn't kno what i was missing. my dad was always a pc person so as a baby we had DOS megaman (hence why i found it in torrents to upload for you guys). and wow now looking at it ... itsl ike what the hell. LOL
@PeskySaurus2 Haha, one thing's for sure: Megaman was not one of the good old DOS games. lol
I grew up with stuff like Prince of Persia, Commander Keen 4-6, Skyroads, Raptor: Call of the Shadows... Yeah, there were lots of good stuff to be found, and I just happened to get the better games it seems! :D
Great respects to you for finishing the game by the way, that must have been a painful experience. :(
Here's an interesting bit of information, Oil Man is completely immune to Torchman's weapon. Which is weird. And why is he weak againts Blademan's weapon?
Oh, I guess this level is more full of oil than Wave Man's level. Still, I think that level would have fit Torch Man more than a sewer full of flowers.
man does this game bring back old memories! i remember this stage being hard as hell... but i eventually mastered it and played the entire level without error back when i was 5
I LOVE THIS GAME!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING!! I just spent over an hour trying to figure out the name for it, I played it all the time as a kid....wish I still had it!
No problem. I can actually send it to you if you want... most old DOS games like this and Clyde's Adventure were released under a legal license for one reason or another. You got MSN or AIM?
I have no idea about those two, the WaveMan from mm4 is different from this one though, so I'm not sure. I didn't know about SharkMan being in Battle Network before I read some comment about it, I don't really like Battle Network so I never really played them except for a part of the first one.
I would like to add: That bee is a DICK! If these became popular enough (which they never will) that people wanted me to do a "perfect" run, like the skilled NES Mega Man players.... That bee would be the reason I murder babies. Did you see that at 1:00 +? What an asshole!
and yes, master players could have handle that scenario i admit. but if you saw the last like ... 80 times i tried this level? that bee is an ASSHOLE. you think im kidding? i'll send you the friggin mm3.exe lol
It's not canonical to Capcom's main series story no. But it is an official legal game released in stores by a seperate company under Capcom's legal license.
CRASH MAN!

i can't believe 1000 of you fuckers watched me get my ass kicked by DOS programmed bees. LOL. oh well i did it for you guys <3
PeskySaurus2 1 year ago 4
Well, what do you know. There's oil in oilman's stage.
That's kind of unexpected after seeing what the other robot masters stages have. lol

I LOVE the music to this stage!

This comment has received too many negative votes show
It's certainly better than most of Mega Man 6's soundtrack.
hardogaydesu 2 years ago
Well, most of the music is fail. The final boss and Knightman's theme ROCKS!
...
But this stage theme is better than those plus Okkusennman.

Also, why is Oil Man weak to Shark Man's weapon?

Oil Man! Arrrh... He'll give you a good rub down.
ChaosDirge 2 years ago
anyone notice that Oil man resembles Metal man, except he's missing the metal blade on his head, cool huh ?
IMMACLOWNMAN 3 years ago
I think Blade Man resembles him more. I think Oil Man looks more like Flash Man with a mouthpiece on his helmet.

no no, that was sharkman with the tanks. he was hardest...

I actually find it quite funny that Capcom later included OilMan in their own game
DrMlieko 3 years ago
OilMan was actually planned for the original nes Megaman, but he was never included.

The biggest proof that this game was not canon is that Oil man appeared in Megaman Powered UP. and it's completely different.
