  • lol this is called a "front lever" in gymnastics. The only difference is that you're feet DO NOT use a wall or tree as leverage to make this exercise easier. You're only cheating yourself when you do them with your feet on the tree. If you want to know the progressions, google them. I highly suggest gymnastic rings over these things.
