It does NO justice to it! Franchise like Doom has way to much potential and it could be ruined by this movie. I wish someone buys off the rights and makes another one, a proper one.

They never made the humans turn into anything other then zombies or undead soldiers. All the demons came from hell through a portal.
A lone Marine, Bravo Squad, sgt Kelly, Councilor Swann, Jack Campbell, Jonathan Ishii, Dr. Betruger. - They were the characters that should of been in the film.
Hell they could of even added more in the movie and killed them off.
The sets, weapons, clothes, equipment, everything in the film is different.

Also if you really want to see what the Doom movie should have been check out "Event Horizon". That movie has a plot similar to Doom. The Doom movie should have been more like that but 20 times better.

The director of the this movie should be shot for this atrocity! Why the hell did the ID team go along with the making of this pile of shit? This movie should have stuck to the orginal plot. It should have had lots of gore, demon torture, morbid biomechanical

Demons from hell and other satanic and evil stuff doesn't sound too plausible. Mutants on the other hand are possible. Sounds to me you're just some fan of the game, pissed because it went for a more "realistic" view of a mars research facility. Well guess what? Anyways, the director or the writers should stick to the basic plot of the game. If you want mutants or other dumbshit like that make a different movie with a different title. Makes sense to me.

Of course I've heard about Doom, it's like the mother of FPS. This film seems to be an adaption. Sticking to the plot of the original just sounds too cliché with Kurt Russel in lead roll.
