I mean I'm not saying that it's a bad thing or that I think it's "too much" or anything, I like it, and I yes, I AM familiar with heavy/death/metalcore etc etc, but I think this is still really heavy, in it's own way. To me, it conveys an aggression that metalcore and the like DON'T, because it's just TOO constant and a bunch of shrieks (or growls, or whatever style scream)
