@34skyline As far as I know, there isn't any good way to calibrate any of those new glossy displays - except by using your eyes. I tried the spider on mine but failed, this way worked much better.
I got my brand new DP2s today & did some test shots: AMAZING. Though I only use a standard HP-Notebook with a 17"-screen@1680x1050, I found a combined tuning of the ATI-graphics-driver, Windows7-integrated graphics adjustment tools, Adobe Gamma Ray & Sigma Foto Pro sufficient to deliver a sustainable, good calibration - all without any technical fuss. I also find the integrated Auto-development-mode in Foto Pro good for ordinary day standard shots. I'm also positive about the DP2s' JPEG-Engine;)
I have the 27-inch LED Cinema display, would it be better to have a calibration tool or is it easier this way

@rytterfalk I just added this comment of mine to your channel site. Apart from that I don't know what you mean by the "real" site.

@87solarsky The real site would be "my site" + /2011/02/04/calibrate-your-mac-for-free/ and then add some at the comment section there. :)
