Umm... more accurately, OverlordofOverlords, the Great Gate holds the last item needed to create a portal to Paradise, Mankor Camoran's realm. A Great Sigil Stone. The Bruma guards stop closing the gates opening around Bruma to allow the Great Gate to open. You then go in, swipe the stone, go to paradise, kill Camoran, return with the Amulet of Kings, stop Dagon, rescue the damsel, slay the beast, and... Oh, wait... sorry. That last part is Shivering Isles... nevermind...

one of the deadric shrine quests (Clavicus vile) sends you to some dungeon south of the imperial city, you gotta kill umbra to get her sword, then you can either keep it or give it to the shrine to finish the quest.

if you resurrect umbra and kill het again, not picking up umbra you can have both the quest finished as well as umbra

mind that if you want the blade twice, don't pick up the blade after you finished the shrine's quest.

you get the statue when you return to Cloud Ruler Temple. It'll equip whatever the best items are in your inventory when you return to the temple. So if you want your statue to look a certain way then get rid of everything you dont want on it.

No, that was wrong. You don't need to complete the Thieves guild quest line. That's for the gray cowl XD

You have to install The Arena Loot mod. You can find it by searching at tesnexus dot com, or just google. You'll have to battle the contender who you can't use magic on (in the arena). I don't recommend it though, since it completely unbalances the game, and it was never meant for you to get hold of. I never use it. It's too easy and boring.
