@Rusty511 No they do not, and no the PS3 uilizes Cell Processors, multiple smaller processors, something designed for the PS3, it wasn't even being used in PC's and has never been until it was used in the PS3 after early 2006, the same with many other consoles, and no they haven't, they brand it as that, but the fact is people will mainly do the thing a PC was built to do, manage multi-media, which means alot of things, there is not a single PC in existance that was built just for gaming.

I play on PC as well, I have a Steam account you can add me if you want we can play Team Fortress 2, The_Reaper95. also, as I said, JUST BECAUSE SOMETHING CAN BE DONE DOESN'T MEAN IT WAS MADE TO DO IT, And yes it is re-Branding, you are improving a certain aspect or area of the technology to improve it's performance on said aspect or in said area of technology so in doing so you are naming it as something it isn't, a PC is built for nothing more than multi-media, not a single factor.

New Vegas does have gameplay improvements such as combat system however its not enough to make players say "wow" like they did in fallout 3 but enough of fallout i am waiting for Skyrim! created by the same company that made fallout 3 and oblivion great rpgs
