They don't need the rights because this game is made mainly by Ubisoft (the gaming company that owns homm) in collaboration with some chinese company so it is not just some crapy heroes look-alike made by some no-name company. Its actualy what Ubisoft hopes to be a heroes 6

i dint try the game yet but for many years without a heroes of might and magic they could have imporved the graphics at least, my favourite was the 3 but 5 wasnt all that bad...

@deeeyon I lol'ed so hard at your comment - HoMM 4 is the worst of HoMM games! It's freaking lame - You can get your hero retaliate 4 times, each retaliation doing huge damage and then you get a lucky strike and you can kill 20 black dragons... And I ain't bullshitting you, I had that shit happen! HoMM 3 and HoMM 5 is the best.

I'm accually throwing a Homm3 gamming party at my house this weekend with some friends, and we're so dissappointed with 4 and 5 they aren't worth playing :( I MISS 3DO! grr They need to do something with the new one's graphics...it's almost like ubisoft is trying to dumb it down
