Hii Ruth!! Thank you so much for your lovely comment! When I got Samson as I puppy I didnt know whether his ears were going to stand up or be floppy as I had never had a border collie before but now after owning Samson I can now tell whether a collie will have ears that stick up or a floppy :)

if you spend time with them when they are still very young, i find its easy to train any dog, but especially my border. she was excellent. house trained in less than 2 weeks, walking without a lead as soon as she had had her jabs.

they just live to laern, and have fun.

best dogs in the world, but not if you dont have the time and energy for them. then they can be insane (well, they are insane anyway), and even destructive and sometimes nasty.

they just need to learn and burn energy
