They're all gone now. The last guy was paid out sping 2010. Sooo sad. I am going out there at the end of this month. Anything left is going to be destroyed.
We actually went there in September with my students. Mayor's ILamar's) house is still there, but we could not find him. Other few houses that are in the movie are also there. No smoke. Place looked iyllic and peacefull.

@TheBusyBabyMama When you get to Centralia from Ashland you will see on your left a cemetery. Fires are behind and around.
