No wrong key just start playing at G#. It's the same.

You confuse people and you scale down the difficulty.

If it weren't detuned it would be in the wrong key thus not sounding like the guitar songs in stalker!

Guitar tuning is like standard but 1 and 1/2 steps tuned down so the E string should be a C#. Most stalker songs use basic chords like E, Am, Dm, etc. This one doesn't so don't try using them for it!
