@SoFlyCy Well dude think about it. They have to publish this themselves and plus, the guy who DREW all of this, was killed in a car crash causing the art to be twice as hard to finish. :/ And no, the guy talkig is NOT the artist. He is the storyboard writer.

I was trying to make a medieval manga about adventurers and one of them was an elf. But there are a LOT of differences in our story but mine kinda uses magic...in a way. lol Your giving me inspiration and motivation to do more storyboarding!

Ok this has peeked my interest, why does anthony fill in the tips if the hair before the rest? If its obvious I'm sorry but I don't see the reason. And another fascinating chara ter you have created! All leading me to the conclusion that this book, manga, graphic novel, whatever it is, will go down in history :D

I do the same thing, maybe not for the same reason as Anthony but when I do it it's because you have to make sure to be careful when coloring near the ends of the hair, once thats done you just have the middle of the hair left and can kind of just scribble in the rest of the color without the worry of crossing over the lines.

Sonji is a half breed, he is a lot more human than elf. Arithus is a full elf, not a multiracial character... That's why Arithus' ears are so much more pointy than Sonji's : )

Yes, Sonji is very young and although he has tons of potential, his power has not yet matured. We haven't gotten into the depths of the characters powers yet...but don't worry...we will...

Not necessarily, I'm sure there may be some unintentional similarities, but WoW has certain features that we don't really like given that Ryan and I are old school D&D fans. If anything we will take from that.

It stands for Dungeons & Dragons. Its basically the father of all the RPGs you see today. For example, the Litch King in WoW is based off of a character called Tzas Tam in the D&D Forgotten Realms series.

The only difference is, Tzas Tam is purely a wizard, whereas the Litch King is a mixture of both fighter and wizard.

Both have an army of Death nights and in both D&D and WoW, Death nights are bad ass.

the more i hear the better it gets! story line is very well thought out and i like how it has a manga biased artwork but yet the story is like none I've seen in manga. i like how we will see the charters develop more, because although i like the flash backs that are so common in naruto and other mangas, seeing them change is one of the best parts. also i'm seeing alot of almost D&D style of how things play out, except more... realistic, maybe? cant w8 for it to come out!

If you could, PLEASE tell me what type of pens you use. As an aspiring manga artist who has only just begun, I have limited knowledge of the proper supplies needed. The pens I use right now are the Faber Castell 8 PITT pen set, but I need thinner pens to get a more desirable look to my manga.

I'm not sure about the dark gray pen he uses, but the tan one is a micron pigma ink pen (same kind I use). I'm not positive about every size, but the smallest one I've ever seen is a .2 mm, which is more than enough to get the details for your manga. As for a large one of that style, .5 is the largest with that type of nib, but there's also a larger one from micron pigma that looks more like a brush, which I believe is the one the artist was using to color the large areas.

I hate to disappoint you but I'm actually not left handed. Our editing program has some terrible limitations, so unfortunately we have to leave certain things out like my hand positioning. If the recording is long then I'll look left handed, if it's short I'll be right handed.

I'd like to be able to draw left handed though ; )
