Frozen yogurt is actually not ice cream. It is very SIMILAR, but it's not the exact same as ice cream. Frozen yogurt is healthier & lower in fat content than ice cream because frozen yogurt is made with milk instead of cream (hence Ice CREAM). If frozen yogurt were ice cream, then we wouldn't even bother calling it something different. :) Good day.
